Our restaurant concept is quickly explained: indulgence as a holistic experience! At Berggenuss Birgsau, it's not just the flavor that counts but all the harmonious intertwining of cuisine, service and ambience. After all, you should feel special.
Epicurean times:
Breakfast: from 07:30 a.m. to noon
Dinner: from 18:00 (6:00 p.m.) to 20:00 (8:00 p.m.) | Latest table sitting at 19:30 (7:30 p.m.)
Last round: 21:45 (9:45 p.m.)
Closing time: from 22:00 (10:00 p.m.)
Our rich buffet offers many delicacies for a carefree morning: crusty breads, oven-fresh rolls, regional cheese and sausage specialties, egg dishes, homemade spreads (vegan, vegetarian, savory), crispy vegetables, juices and our own tea bar.
Special vitality tip: Try our homemade Birgsau muesli with yogurt and fresh fruit. The new coffee machine prepares a variety of choices at the touch of a button.
According to the motto: creative - delicious - varied, there are daily changing main courses with specialties from the region and culinary highlights from the international kitchen.
Choose your desired dish from 2-4 main courses (including vegetarian or vegan alternatives)!
Especially in winter you don't want to go looking for a restaurant after an eventful day. Book our half-board for just €28 per person/evening up to one day before your arrival. The rest day on Tuesday will be credited to you during your stay.

• If the evening menu is too much for you, you are welcome to only take part in the main course! (The prices can be found on the daily ticket)
• For us, conscious enjoyment means planning carefully so as not to waste food. For this reason, our dinner is freshly prepared exclusively for the registered persons. This also means that we do not offer any à la carte dishes.
